VAT EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE DOWNLOAD
Patients with breast cancer who buy bras and lymphoedema patients requiring Solaris garments, who buy direct from Medasun Ltd, do not have to pay VAT, however they do have to sign the VAT Exemption Certificate document form below, so we have a record of your claim of disability, and we can claim exemption too.
